After serving four years in the U.S. Army, he returned to Houston and joined the family business. Driven by a deep passion for the company, he pursued a degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston. However, despite his education, he realized that running a residential cleaning business required more than what he learned in school. Facing challenges and little profit for a decade, Ino discovered Debbie Sardone’s Cleaning Business Fundamentals (CBF) program in 2019, which completely transformed their operations. Now, Detail Cleaning Services is one of the largest in the U.S., and Ino’s mission is to share his journey and insights with other cleaning business owners, helping them believe in themselves and achieve their dreams.
